 Startup DeHR plans to build a blockchain network that connects employers and job seekers

Catching up with this trend, the decentralized human resources platform DeHR (Decentralized Human Relationship) sets a vision to become a "career social metaverse" - a virtual social network for human resources applying blockchain technology. Another way of calling it, the unit aspires to become a "human resources bank" in the blockchain era, demonstrating Vietnam's clear imprint on the international technology market. This startup plans to build a blockchain network that directly connects employers (organizations, businesses, projects) and job seekers without going through other intermediaries.

Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet - co-founder and CEO of the project used to be a recruitment director for many corporations in Vietnam. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of human resources, he sees the challenges and difficulties in recruiting human resources stemming from the large demand for workers and the shortage of talent. DeHR intends to solve these problems with global decentralized blockchain technology and web3.0 platform.

“With blockchain users growing every day, there is reason to believe that DeHR can lead the way in revolutionizing the way global talent is recruited and employed. It is also our dream to bring in talent. Vietnamese talent and the world get closer together," said Mr. Viet.
